Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  2. Melted butter and graham cracker crumbs should be combined in a bowl. The crust is made by pressing the ingredients into a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Cream cheese and sugar should be well mixed in a different bowl.
  4. Whisk thoroughly after each egg addition.
  5. Add vanilla essence and sea buckthorn purée after stirring.
  6. Over the pan’s crust, spread the cream cheese mixture.
